Where can I park my car or bicycle?
The boarding house provides free parking for cars and lockable storage for your bicycles.

 

I booked through a booking platform (booking.com / HRS etc.) and now want to cancel.
If you didn't book directly through us, we unfortunately cannot help you in this case. Your contractual partner is the respective booking platform. Please contact them with any questions.

How often are the apartments cleaned?
A weekly basic cleaning is included in the price. Vacuum cleaners and cleaning supplies are available at all times and may be used free of charge.

 

Where can I do my laundry?
Our boarding house offers a laundry room with free use of a washing machine and dryer. Laundry pods are available for a fee.

 

Hair & Body Shampoo?
Forgot your shampoo and shower gel? No problem! The apartments are equipped with shampoo and shower gel for each guest upon arrival. Should you need additional hair and/or body shampoo, these are available for a fee.

 

Are pets allowed in our boarding house?
We do not allow pets. We kindly ask for your understanding.

 

Is smoking permitted in the apartments?
Smoking is prohibited throughout the boarding house and in the apartments!
